Business Managers Guild


Upon completion of the new F&I University's Principles of the Business Office course, participants are automatically enrolled as a member of the Business Managers Guild (BMG)*. The BMG is an association that supports the role of the business manager within the dealership through continuing education and incentives.

The BMG consists of different membership levels depending on the participant's production levels and amount of continuing education completed. As each participant increases his/her membership classification, incentives such as trophies and national recognition are awarded. Current participants in the MasterTech Rewards program will have the ability to earn additional Rewards points for each contract sold. As membership levels increase, so do the amount of points awarded.**

Each quarter, F&I University's Business Managers Guild awards its top performer with the prestigious Distinguished Business Manager Award, an engraved Mont Blanc pen, as a reward for his/her dedication and hard work in the business office.
